Betsy and Will | Drees Pavilion

If you were paying attention you already know that I am a huge Betsy and Will fan already from their engagement session. They way they interact with each other makes a photographer’s job really easy.

Their wedding and wedding day was absolutely gorgeous! We began at Marriott Rivercenter in Covington where the lovely Nancy from Brideface and the lovely Jen Nally made the girls look absolutely stunning. Since you are wondering, those brillant florals were arranged by Courtenay from Courtenay Lambert Florals. We then moved to a little park along the Covington side of the Ohio River where the incomparable Steve Zugelter from Studio Z Films and I filmed and photographed their first look (his same day edit is at the bottom of this post). I always love being a part of a first look. The moment that the couple sees each other for the first time is always so special and it’s great that they get to enjoy it with each other instead of in front of 250 people:) The rest of their day was spent at Mother of God Church and Devou Park/Drees Pavilion. So many amazing places and people to make Betsy’s wedding day special!

I loved every minute of hanging out with Betsy and Will. They were calm, relaxed, having fun and most importantly, madly in love! Their families were so nice and inviting with food and snacks at every break (you could tell they were from Kentucky:) The whole family and bridal party were the kind of people that I would love to spend a Sunday afternoon with.

Betsy and Will, you guys made my job easy. You are wonderful people with such a great love for each other and those around you. You make each other better and that is the mark of a truly great marriage. Here are some of my favorite photographs from your day:
